J. Cassola will join the company as Senior Vice President of Sales, reporting to CEO Val Swisher. As SVP of Sales, Cassola will oversee Content Rules’ international sales and marketing efforts, and will be focused on further expanding the company’s presence around the world.
Cassola comes to Content Rules after serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ThomasNet, a leading publisher of product information and content targeted to engineers and technical buyers. During his tenure at ThomasNet, Alberto was instrumental in transforming and growing the company by introducing new cataloguing products based in the cloud, e-commerce solutions, and XML applications to enable data syndication.
“With his global leadership and vision, ability to source and develop business opportunities, and a deep understanding of content, Alberto is a key hire who we thought would be impossible to find,” says CEO Val Swisher. “We are thrilled to have him on board as Content Rules prepares to tackle the next phase of growth.”

Alberto J. Cassola graduated from Connecticut College with a B.A. in Government and International Relations.
