This week, I am very excited to be a guest blogger on the Content Marketing Institute blog. The topic is the key skills you need to create a corporate eBook. In addition to the skills you need (think “village”), I describe three different use cases for creating a corporate eBook. And they are:
- Promotional
- Knowledge base
- Commercial
Yes – this is very different from “Basic, Enhanced, and Interactive/Application.” Instead of describing the eBooks (formatting, file extensions, capabilities), which everyone seems to be doing, I focus on the different reasons a company would consider creating one or more eBooks.
Give the article a read and let me know what you think – either here, or on the CMI blog. I’ll be watching.
